Now Live – New and Improved List Views!

We’re excited to reveal the new and improved DropTask list views! We’ve made a few changes that we think will improve their functionality, further boosting your productivity…
1. Add tasks in the Project List View
You can now add tasks to your project via the Project List View. Simply type your tasks in and hit ‘Enter’, to populate your tasks under their relevant priority headers. You can also individually assign them to one of your existing groups, and they will automatically show up in the Group View. This method will simplify and speed up the way in which you are able to input your tasks within the application.
2. Group colours in the list views
In both the All Tasks views and Project List View, your tasks will no longer be colour coded according to their priority, but instead, in line with their group colour. This means that you can visualise your workload even when you’re not using the group view, and the colours you choose to assign to your tasks will remain in consistent continuity throughout your use of the application.
3. All new task priority indicators
To boost productivity, a visual indicator will appear next to all tasks with priority assigned to them in both the All Tasks views and Project List View. This feature has been designed to keep you aware of tasks that may be sitting idle, and to help motivate you towards completing your high priority tasks!
