“It was impressive to experience how powerful Ayoa is” – insights from our latest Online Innovative Thinking Masterclass
In February 2021, we were very pleased to be joined once again by Coach and Facilitator, Liz Oseland, who hosted our latest Innovative Thinking Masterclass, delivered virtually for our delegates at home!
Consisting of three two-hour online sessions, our Innovative Thinking Masterclass was a great opportunity for our delegates to grow their creative thinking skills while working remotely and engage in some interesting discussions to help them challenge their thinking.

Across the three days, the course introduced our delegates to how they can get into the right mindset for fostering innovation and identifying the habits that are holding them and their business back. As we delved deeper into the course, we focused on the importance of Defining the Problem at the beginning of the innovation process, with the final session of the masterclass allowing us all to collaboratively explore effective brainstorming techniques to allow for increased diversity of thought.
