How to find whiteboards and our new template library in Ayoa
Good news – our brand new whiteboards are available to all Ayoa users, whether you have a free or paid plan, and they’re already ready and waiting for you in the app! Just navigate to the app homepage.
Creating a new whiteboard in Ayoa is incredibly easy. Just click on the blue ‘Create whiteboard’ button and this will bring up the option to start with a blank board or choose from one of our premade templates. From this menu, you will also be able to use any whiteboard templates that you’ve already made and saved in Ayoa.
We have a wide selection of whiteboard templates that are tailored towards various industries, from marketing and sales to development and education – so you’re sure to find what you’re looking for. To help you save time and ensure you stay productive, we have dedicated templates for specific uses, such as:
- Creating a sitemap for a website
- Producing flowcharts
- Writing a communication plan
- Devising a design brief for a client
- Setting SMART goals

Those with a free basic plan are able to create 5 boards (including mind maps and task boards) and add 50 elements to their whiteboards.
